Woman allegedly used meth while caring for children

A Crofton woman is facing multiple charges after allegedly using methamphetamine while caring for two juveniles early Thursday morning.

The Christian County Sheriff’s Department was called to a McBride Lane address around 1 a.m. to check the welfare of children there due to potential drug activity, according to a report, which says deputies got consent from 28-year old Nadia Nicole Abukuppeh to come inside.

Police say drugs and drug paraphernalia were located in plain view and Abukuppeh allegedly admitted to using methamphetamine in the presence of the two children before deputies arrived.

She was arrested and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

All you people in Crofton and Christian County area who are using meth/crank/ICE/Boo, etc names you want to call it…. I am sorry for you, but sorry doesn’t help, I know who a lot of you are, parents, grandparents, children and loved ones…Meth is your way of life, and now it is going to be a little more challenging to use, since it has kidnapped the most precious of gifts from me and my family, my daughter. I will fight you like a bear cat to get her back and to do whatever necessary to help you get on your path too….. so I suggest you get cleaned up, gather yourself and find strength in a higher power and collective understanding… and run from this Devil, and me!

I also would like to reprimand the Christian County Sheriff’s Dept for further traumatizing these children by not calling in professionals in community based Social Services to help these babies get through this traumatic experience. You have a responsibility not only to “get your offender (the “bad guy”)” but to also protect, and to serve the most vulnerable in our communities, our children. Your actions toward these children was in no way to protect, or serve our communities most precious and exploited!  Get your act together because to be quite frank about the matter… that was a more brutal act toward the understanding of a small child, than the acts of the addict. The addict is sick! What is your excuse?

We Can Change This Epidemic, together we can save our children, grandchildren, friends, neighbors and loved ones and community from the powerful influence of addiction and narcotic substance abuse.  But first we must ALL be responsible for our actions, admit a lack of understanding and show mercy on our poor souls..everyone of you also have been effected, no family is immune! Please pray for the bonds of addiction to be healed in our families and communities. I have started a Face Book group to educate and pray for all our community and to cast out the demons of addiction’s bondage over our community. Prayer Warriors unite for a common goal!

Face Book Group For Addicts and Prayer Warriors Unite!

Please keep praying, and start holding yourself, our system, and our community culture accountable! Be fare and honest and stop blaming everyone, and everything else for what is happened/happening in our community society!  Our systems are broken, and safe guards, and consequences are usually trap doors and revolving circuses! As Christians, it should be our goals to live humble and attentive to our own short comings, and to love and protect one another..Let’s pray for a healing of our community, a purging of evil mayhem and chaos, pray for our Children, Teens, Young adults, Friends and Loved One and mostly for further understanding and admission. It’s everywhere!  Understand, this  is worse than any of us realize…but be of good courage, it has no power over God’s people.rofdly sick cult

Finally be strong in the power of the Lord, and his mighty ways. Put on the whole armor of God, that you maybe able to stand against the schemes of the Devil for we do not wrestle against the flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in a heavenly place! Take Responsibility for yourself and stop casting your crooked finger at someone else and that wagging mouths of  judgement and gossip …Be Reminded…….There but for the grace of God, go I!

History of Meth Amphetamines

1887: Amphetamines are first synthesized.

1919: Methamphetamine, a stimulant, is developed by a pharmacologist in Japan. The drug alleviates fatigue and produces feelings of alertness and well-being.

1930s: Doctors begin using amphetamines in the United States to treat asthma and narcolepsy.

1932: The amphetamine Benzedrine introduced as an over-the-counter bronchial dilator for the treatment of nasal and bronchial congestion associated with colds.

World War II: Methamphetamine and amphetamine are given to Allied bomber pilots to sustain them on long flights. The experiment fails because soldiers become irritable and can’t channel their aggression. Primarily, amphetamines were used by soldiers to fight off fatigue and enhance performance.

1945-1950s: Post-war Japan experiences the first meth epidemic. It spreads to Guam, the U.S. Marshall Islands and to the U.S. West Coast.

1950s: Still marketed to treat obesity, narcolepsy and sinus inflammation, “pep pills” or “bennies” are sold for non-medical purposes. Some truckers, homemakers, college students and athletes pop pills to stay awake or keep active.

1960s: Doctors in San Francisco drug clinics prescribe injections of methamphetamine to treat heroin addiction. Illegal abuse occurs in subcultures such as outlaw biker gangs and students, which cook and use the drug.

1970: Methamphetamine, or speed, is regulated in the Controlled Substances Act; a public education campaign is mounted.

1980s: Drug treatment counselors see increased abuse among men who have sex with men. Mexican drug manufacturers begin bringing methamphetamine north of the border. Forms of methamphetamine that could be smoked are introduced.

1990s: New ways to cook methamphetamine appear. Some new versions are four to six times stronger. Greatest use is seen in the Southwest and West. Methamphetamine use begins and grows in the rural Midwest. Rural locations become ideal for cooking of methamphetamine because of geographic isolation, available supply of ephedrine, pseudoephedrine and anhydrous ammonia.

1996: Congress passes the Comprehensive Methamphetamine Control Act, which regulates mail order and chemical companies selling precursor chemicals. For example, people who buy large quantities of red phosphorous, iodine and hydrochloric gas must show they will use them for legitimate purposes. Law enforcement agents are allowed to track large mail order purchases of pseudoephedrine, another precursor chemical. Chemical supply companies are punished if they sell chemicals to people who make methamphetamine.

2000: In the Inland Northwest, and in much of the West, methamphetamine is the favored hard drug, surpassing crack, cocaine and heroin. It’s still prescribed for some medical purposes.

I Am Meth, a poem!

This was written by a young Indian girl who was in jail for drug charges, and was addicted to meth. She wrote this while in jail. As you will soon read, she fully grasped the horrors of the drug, as she tells in this simple, yet profound poem. She was released from jail, but, true to her story, the drug owned her. They found her dead not long after, with the needle still in her arm.

I destroy homes, I tear families apart,
I take your children, and that’s just the start.

I’m more costly than diamonds, more precious than gold,
The sorrow I bring is a sight to behold.

If you need me, remember I’m easily found,
I live all around you – in schools and in town

I live with the rich, I live with the poor,
I live down the street, and maybe next door.

I’m made in a lab, but not like you think,
I can be made under the kitchen sink.

In your child’s closet, and even in the woods,
If this scares you to death, well it certainly should.

I have many names, but there’s one you know best,
I’m sure you’ve heard of me, my name is crystal meth.

My power is awesome, try me you’ll see,
But if you do, you may never break free.

Just try me once and I might let you go,
But try me twice, and I’ll own your soul.

When I possess you, you’ll steal and you’ll lie,
You do what you have to — just to get high.

The crimes you’ll commit for my narcotic charms
Will be worth the pleasure you’ll feel in your arms.

You’ll lie to your mother, you’ll steal from your dad,
When you see their tears, you should feel sad.

But you’ll forget your morals and how you were raised,
I’ll be your conscience, I’ll teach you my ways.

I take kids from parents, and parents from kids,
I turn people from God, and separate friends.

I’ll take everything from you, your looks and your pride,
I’ll be with you always — right by your side.

You’ll give up everything – your family, your home,
Your friends, your money, then you’ll be alone.

I’ll take and take, till you have nothing more to give,
When I’m finished with you, you’ll be lucky to live.

If you try me be warned – this is no game,
If given the chance, I’ll drive you insane.

I’ll ravish your body, I’ll control your mind,
I’ll own you completely, your soul will be mine.

The nightmares I’ll give you while lying in bed,
The voices you’ll hear, from inside your head.

The sweats, the shakes, the visions you’ll see,
I want you to know, these are all gifts from me.

But then it’s too late, and you’ll know in your heart,
That you are mine, and we shall not part.

You’ll regret that you tried me, they always do,
But you came to me, not I to you.

You knew this would happen, many times you were told,
But you challenged my power, and chose to be bold.

You could have said no, and just walked away,
If you could live that day over, now what would you say?

I’ll be your master, you will be my slave,
I’ll even go with you, when you go to your grave.

Now that you have met me, what will you do?
Will you try me or not? It’s all up to you.

I can bring you more misery than words can tell,
Come take my hand, let me lead you to hell.
